<p>So, Nilgiris GMC is strictly MBBS-only right now; no paramedical courses like B.Sc Nursing or Lab Tech there as of 2025. If you're looking for those, check out private or standalone paramedical colleges around Ooty. They usually offer stuff like BPT, OT Tech, MLT, etc. Basically, if it's not MBBS, you'll have to look outside the main GMC campus.</p>
