What are the parameters to test the aptitude of a student?

If the student is interested in pursuing a course in creative field then how can the aptitude be tested to help the student make a choice amongst various options of design, architecture, fashion technology, etc.

Aptitude is what you should have, i.e. liking for the design, finding and trying to understand its importance. Ability to differentiation between things around you on the basis of quality and experience. And most important, would you do something to recreate the same or better experience by your ow
