The passing marks in the TSTET (Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test) exam are different for different categories of candidates.

For candidates belonging to the general category, the minimum qualifying marks in the TSTET exam are 60% of the total marks. This means that candidates need to score at least 90 marks out of the total 150 marks in the TSTET exam to qualify.

For candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC/PH categories, the minimum qualifying marks in the TSTET exam are 50% of the total marks. This means that candidates need to score at least 75 marks out of the total 150 marks in the TSTET exam to qualify.
