Hey! Suresh, Well IAS is a really good career, It's an administrative field. . . To become an I.A.S. ---> you first have to qualify your 12th. ---> after this complete your graduation with good grades...... ---> then you will be eligible to fill the form of IAS. ---> meanwhile join any good coaching
