    Hi there! This course teaches students about the various laws and regulations that the government enacts to protect each citizen's human rights, such as the rights of women and children, the human rights from historical and philosophical perspectives, the criminal justice system, and other laws. Students are given a perspective on human rights as well as lessons in philosophy and history in this course. A student must have completed a Master's or M.Phil degree in sociology, literature, or an equivalent study with a minimum grade point average of 55% in order to enrol in this course. They must also have passed the entrance exams.

    This course provides knowledge to the students about the various government policies that are implemented for every citizen regarding their human rights like the Human Rights of Women and Children, Human Rights from Historical and Philosophical perspectives, Criminal Justice System and Legal laws, etc. In this course, students are taught subjects like History and Philosophy and a perspective about Human Rights. For pursuing this course, a student must qualify a Master's or M.Phil degree in Sociology or Literature or any equivalent course securing a minimum of 55% of marks and have to qualify in the entrance examinations.
