What are the physical qualifications required to be a pilot? I have fracture in my hand with steel rods in it.

Oh dear, that fracture has rendered you permanently unfit as per the norms for becoming a pilot. They do not accept any external support system, on the human body. But don't loose heart, avaition has got many other job roles where you can apply and earn good.
