First of all its PGPM & not PGDM, placements are decent and depends on your learning during your education & the skill set you have as the batch remains huge always & you have to be in top 200 students to get top placements of the campus as it goes till Rs 21 lakhs per annum to Rs 4.5 lakhs per annum.

IBS, Gurgaon provides PGPM not PGDM. Due to demonetisation, there is an impact on placements everywhere but the college does obey to their responsibilities and provides placements to all. So, you may consider IBS, Gurgaon.
