The placements at Thapar University are great and is getting better as every year passes by. The faculty of this university has a great corporate network which results in the participation of big companies and MNCs like American Express, Hyundai etc. They give the students an opportunity to test their abilities and provide them with best of internships and packages.

The placement records at Thapar university have always been strong. Thapar being in the industry since the last 6 decades have a little edge over some of the colleges present in its Tier. The last 3 batches (B.Tech as I am not sure which placements record you were asking about) have been placed at some of the prominent companies. Some of the companies are there present in the fortune 500 lists as well. Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, Uber, and many more names which include Indian companies like ZEE, Yatra, ZOHO, Mahindra, etc. They all offered quite handsome packages to the students. The last two batches of Thapar University have passed out with glorious colors and the placements that they got were second to None in the whole of North India according to me. Microsoft, ZS Associates, ZE Shaw, Amazon, Ola, Yatra. In, Deloitte and many more were the major recruiters with quite a handsome package which could give a complex to any non-Thapar Engineering student.
