    The placement statistics for B.Tech in Electrical Engineering at NIT Kurukshetra are as follows:
    - Average package: around 6 LPA
    - Placement percentage: around 80% of eligible students (students without backlogs) got placed
    - Companies that visit the campus: Alstom, Tata Power, Coal India, Siemens, Vedanta, Maruti Suzuki, GE, and more
    - Core companies: L&T Power, L&T ECC, Alstom, Tata Power
    - PSUs: IOCL, BEL, IRCON, etc.
