During my year Bosch itself recruited 110 students, cognizant recruited 250 people in its mass recruitment and Capgemini recruited around 100 students. The average salary ranges from 3 to 4 Lacs per year and The highest package recent year was from Microsoft worth 42 Lacs. The university conducts a lot of Placement drives most of the companies also provides internship along with job offer. A few of the major highlights of CSE placements are : 1. Over 300 companies visit for recruitment from CSE. 2. Over 60 of them offered above INR 10 lacs and a large number of students got placed. 3. Over 50 are from the fortune 500 clubs. 4. Over 50 are those who recruit from LPU only outside of IITs 5. Over 100 start-ups/business ventures started by CSE students at business incubation and innovation labs, many of them got SEED funding from LPU's angel fund. 6. Microsoft lead the way with INR 42 lacs per annum. 7. Over 90% of eligible students placed well before the end of the final semester. The major plus point of the university is its alumni network, the university has a portal for it and students can get to know about alumni and even contact them for training, internship, and placement opportunities. On an average the CSE students of LPU is offered and placed in the starting package of 4.5 TO 6 LPA (Fixed salary) while there may be cases of students getting less than that or more than that.

Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. , Number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants.
