What are the positive and negative points about sales career? What is the career scope after completing MBA in sales and marketing?
I want to do MBA from SMU distance. Recently, I am doing job in car showroom as a sales executive. Is it a good job to make career and which type of job will I get after MBA in sales and marketing? My age is 29. Is there any age limit to get a job in an MNC?

Advantages:
1. Availability of ample opportunities.
2. Performance can be measured.
3. You can work across industries in sales domain.
4. You will get opportunities to meet new people.
5. It will help you to boost confidence and interpersonal skills.
Negatives:
1. It involves high pressure for delivery /results.
2. It is a field based job, so it involves extensive travelling.
3. It can get monotonous.
MBA in sales and marketing would give you an opportunity to pursue a career in sales or pure marketing.
