What are the possibilities to get enrolled in TU Stuttgart Germany for MS? How should i prepare for the same ?

I'm student of BE Civil Engg. 4th year, my CGPA is 7 and want to pursue MS from TU Stuttgart Germany. My 12th and 10th % is 72 and 62. how should I start preparing from now onwards to assure my admission in MIP course university of Stuttgart. I have 2 year in my hands.
