What are the possible fields which I can think of?
I have completed B.Sc in Computer Science with 57%. I am not getting what to do next.

You can opt for the following:
1. MCA
2. M.Sc IT
Or you can even start working to get practical and real life exposure and pursue some technical certifications programs simultaneously which will give you a technical edge.

I joined for 1st Semester MCA but due to some health issues I had to leave the college. Now I am getting bored without college. I am feeling not to waste time. I was thinking to work and gain some experience and join to MCA for next semester.

As you have not mentioned that weather you have to have to study further or want to work in the industry, I will give you a brief about both.
For further education, you can possibly think of pursuing MSc in Computer Science or MCA.
Career options:
-Programmer or Software Engin
