Common Admission Test (CAT) is taken up by hundreds of thousands of aspirants every year. It has become a common assumption that engineers have an advantage over non-engineers appearing for this test as they have a better understanding of mathematical concepts.
The applicants from the non-engineering backgrounds need not be discouraged. There is a way potential out of every problem. If the CAT was designed only for engineers, why would there be any test conducted for non-engineers?
