What are the procedures to be followed to study in germany?

My aim is to do my masters in abroad.so i paid 15000 for gre coaching.i cant crack in gre becoz i am from tamil medium.so i quitted the coaching.after that,i heard about germany.so help me with giving some details abt germany

Well KArthi I Am Surprised That You Can't do better in GRE and you saying that it is bcoz of your Tamil Medium Every Medium is a good Medium !!!! Well Abt you have not Germany You Have to give the English Proficiency test and the GRE For Master Degree Actually it depend on which clg you are Taking
