What are the procedures to get the scholarship for studying in abroad ?

Hi Nikhil,
Scholarships are awarded by a University on the basis of a student's merit which comprise of academic records and significant other achievements. Also the government of a country also have several scholarship schemes for incoming international students.
If you can specify which country you plan to go to a proper advice can be given.
