The Skype interview which I and my batchmates had, they took a personal interview first and then gave us 2 situation based questions and asked us to write and send it to them. They evaluate you on this basis.

The process is not complicated at all. Just a simple interaction with the interviewer where he/she would test your personality, domain related knowledge and few other skills. They just take personal interview.

They take only personal interview and they ask questions regarding your carrier objective and some questions regarding your previous qualification. For the skype interview, you need a computer with a microphone and a webcam.
