hi Amrinder, the course with the specialisation that you have requested may not be offered by any University in Nz. Nz is a small country and has only 8 Universities.
If you insist on going to Nz only (as the opportunities are immense in the country) then you could go for a general electronic cours

there are many profitable courses after B.TECH.u may apply 4 indian air force in technical line as a officer.visit-www.cavalier.in

Your question seems to be on getting a high salaried job quickly.In that case, getting into MBA is a better option.If you want to advance on the technical front of your filed, M.Tech would be the option.

Hi Amrinder, u can go for an MBA/ Mtech depending on ur area of interest. i have not come across a course in NZ that is specific for WIRELESS AND SATELLITE/ VLSI design.

u can go for M tech or MS (abroad) if thinking of higher studies in technical field OR can go for MBA, learn few courses and go for multimedia... or get a job for now and think of MBA 2 years later...
