The NEET MDS admit card mentions the list of prohibited or barred items at the exam centre, on the day of the exam:

Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), notes, plastic pouch, calculator, pen, writing pad, pen drives, eraser, rough paper etc.
Any electronic device like mobile
