What are the pros/cons, differences, career opportunities in the specializations of MSW - HR, Community Development, Medical & Psychiatry?

Hi, I would like to pursue an MSW course, but I don't know which specialization to choose. I will have to give my preference at the timem of admission itself and will not be able to change it later. So pls tell me about the pros and cons and differences between these specializations.
