    Although Hotel management or hospitality are gender neutral occupations, females get a little more preference due to inherent quality that is empathy in the roles which are directly related to customer service. There are many fields of work within the ambit of Hospitality business and many different courses to cater to these. It depends on you in which programme you want to make your career in, few of them are : are Diploma in Airline & Cabin crew, BHMCT Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology), B.Sc.     Yes of course it is a good career for girls as well as boys. There's great opportunity for going in front office department for girls if good in communication.
