To get admission to UG & PG courses at MIT SOA, candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria as per the course requirements. Find below the course-wise qualification requirements for MIT SOA admission:

BArch	Class 12 with Physic, Chemistry, Mathematics Or Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject as per COA norms
M.Arch ((Traditional Indian Architectural Knowledge Systems)	BArch from a recognised university with a minimum CGPA of 6.0 out of 10 (55% aggregate marks)
MPlan URP	Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning, Civil Engineering or Technology or, Master's degree in allied fields such as Geography, Sociology or Economics with at least 55% aggregate or 5.50 CGPA out of 10 (5% relaxation for reserved category candidates)
PhD	Class 10, Class 12, graduation and postgraduation with first division i.e. at least 55% aggregate or equivalent grade point average (GPA) 5% relaxation in the percentage for students of Maharashtra belonging to SC/ ST/ DTNT/ SBC/ OBC categories
