    Hi D.Venkat, Certificate Program in Participatory Rural Development has been designed to build capacity of the rural development professionals for promoting participation in rural development through community mobilization, and application of participatory development methods in participatory planning, implementation, etc. Any candidate who is graduate in any discipline from a recognized university is eligible for the course.     Senior and middle level government officers can opt for the course. There is no age limit for it.
