To become a Radio Operator, here are some requirements you'll be required to fulfil.
I) A Diploma or certification will be required from a recognised institution.
II) For an Amateur Radio Operator post, you may pass the Amateur Station Operator's Certificate (ASOC) exam. It is conducted by the Wireles

No educational qualification is specified to become a ham. Anybody who has attained 12 years of age can become a ham radio operator after passing the Amateur Station Operator's Certificate (ASOC) Examination
