What are the qualifications required to work as an Aerospace Scientist in ISRO &NASA? Which colleges in India offer this education?

I want to work in ISRO /NASA as an Aerospace Scientist. What is the difference between Astrophysicists, Aerospace Scientist , aerospace Engineer? Which colleges offer this? (India or Abroad) Should I give JEE MAIN OR ADVANCED in 12th? Please help!
