    Admission to MBA at the Bengal Institute of Business Studies is done based on the scores obtained in the CAT exam. In 2024, the percentile required for the exam ranged between 40 and 50 for carious specialisations in MBA offered by the college for the students belonging to the general category. Please note that the cutoff varies for the students belonging to other categories.

     
  • Actually candidatess who are seeking admission for MBA (master of business administration) at Bengal Institute of Business Studies must have a bachelor's degree with minimum 45% aggregate marks in the relevant subjects or an equivalent qualification to be eligible to apply for the program. All SC/ST candidates are eligible for the concession of 5% marks. Admission to all the programs is done on the basis of entrance exams like CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/GMAT/CMAT or BIBSAT conducted by the institute. Qualifyting cutoff  is 60 percentile for CAT exam.
