What are the qualities and educational qualifications required to apply for cabin crew vacancies in various airlines?

    Graduation or 10+2 and three years degree/diploma in hotel management and catering technology or travel and tourism. Candidates who have done three years Degree/Diploma course in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from a Government recognized Institute will be given high preference. You must be in between 18 to 27 years of age and upper age relaxation is applicable to reserved category candidates as per government rules.
    Applicants are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the following rounds:
    1. Preliminary Medical Examination
    2. Group Dynamics and Personality Assessment Test (GD & PAT)
    3. Written Test

High priority will be given to applicants who have completed a three-year degree or Diploma programme in hotel management and catering technology from a government-recognised institution.     A candidate applying for cabin crew vacancies must be 12th pass.
    The age should be between 21 to 25 years for freshers in most of the airlines. However, 18 years is also minimum age in some Indian careers.
    The candidate must be fluent in English and should have good interpretation skills.
    A diploma in flight attendant / cabin crew is preferred. However, most of the airlines have their own Training program for freshers.
