If you are a good communicator you can express youself its good, but if you cant no worries you can always learn to be an actor its much better if you get a formal training from a good institute. To get a proper training of acting in India AAFT is the place you can go for as its offers graduation and post graduation courses in acting. So if you are just 12 th pass or are graduated in any stream you can chose BA in Acting or MA in acting as per your convenience.

To become an actor, you need to be very smart confident and active in all kind of other activities such as dance, mimicry and martial arts. General knowledge is also needed to know the aspects of character told by the director. Take classes to learn other techniques of acting such as monologue shot improvisation. -
The most important quality is a dedication towards your work. Persistence, hard work, tenacity, flexible, adaptability and live completely the character you play. -
An actor should be versatile and fragile in the first place. Patience is also important as building your career in acting takes time. One who wills to pursue acting as a career option should definitely keep all this in mind.
