KEAM Admit Card (entrance exam)
KEAM Scorecard/Rank List
Mark Sheets of 10th and 12th Grades with a certified copy
Transfer Certificate by the previous institution
Birth Certificate
Community Certificate (in case it applies)
Caste Certificate for reserved category applicants
Passport size photographs
A copy of any Medical Certificate is required if so
