    The required documents during the B.E. / B.Tech application process at Bapu Gujarat Knowledge Village include:-

    1. Class 10 & 12 Marksheets

    2. Allotment letter for GUJCET or JEE Main Counseling. 

    3. Proof of Identity:- A government-issued ID as an Aadhar card, voter ID, or passport.

    4. Caste Certificate (if applicable): A Valid caste certificate application for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) has to be provided. 

    5. Domicile Certificate.

    6. Passport size Pictures:- Generally, 2-4 recent passport-sized images are needed to fulfill the application form.

    To apply at Bapu Gujarat Knowledge Village, candidates must register online through the official website, fill out the application form, and upload necessary documents like 10th/12th marksheets, entrance exam scorecard, and category certificates. An application fee (around ?1,000) is required. For B.E./B.Tech, admission is through GUJCET or JEE Main via ACPC counselling.
