<p>AP EAMCET Rank Card: proof of rank secured in the Entrance Test Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test.<br>Intermediate Marks Memo: A copy of marks secured in 10 + 2 or equivalent.<br>Transfer Certificate: Issued by the institution last attended.<br>Certificate of Conduct: A certificate granted the recommendation for good conduct from the last institution.<br>Caste Certificate: For reserved category students, if applicable<br>Income Certificate: In case any of the fee concession or scholarships under family income are to be availed of. Photographs: Passport size recent photographs according to the college's prescription .<br>Identity Proof: ID issued by the government such as an Aadhaar card or voter ID.<br>These documents form the basis of verification in the admission counseling process, and so these need to be produced in original along with photocopies as required under the college guidelines.</p>
