Applicants to the M.E./M.Tech programs at IISc must be prepared with their GATE scorecard, qualifying degree certificates, marksheets, proof of identity (like Aadhaar or passport), recent passport-sized photographs, and category/income certificates if applicable. If applying under a sponsored or foreign category, relevant work and nomination documents must be submitted. The process is online and fairly smooth, but it's always smart to have hard copies and scanned versions ready well in advance. Every detail counts when applying to such a prestigious institute.
