What are the required documents for the BA programme at MLACW?

<p>There are several documents that need to be attached to the application form. These documents have two-fold purposes: first, proving eligibility, and second, they will also enable the application process to go as smoothly as possible. Those candidates who are seeking admission to the BA course at MLACW must provide the following documents:</p><ul><li>Application form duly filled with a passport-size photograph</li><li>&nbsp;Three passport-size photographs</li><li>Attested copy of the SSLC/Class 10 mark sheet</li><li>Attested copy of the qualifying examination (II PUC/Class 12)</li><li>Attested copy of the Migration certificate for students from outside Karnataka</li><li>Parent's/Guardian's contact nos: Landline &amp; Mobile</li><li>Copy of Aadhar card</li><li>For SC/ST students: Attested copy of the Caste Certificate issued by the Authorized Officer, valid for 5 years</li><li>For Category IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB students: Attested copy of the Caste and Income Certificates issued by the Revenue Officer in the prescribed format</li><li>For differently abled candidates: Copy of disability or handicap certificates issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner</li></ul>
