You need to have minimum 60% marks at Higher and Senior Secondary level (10th and 12th) and Minimum 60% aggregate in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) at Senior Secondary level (12th)
But, according to me, better salary packages are available in computer Science engineering. Salary generally

To become a electronics engineer, you need to have minimum 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th& 12th) and Minimum 60% aggregate in PCM(Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) at Senior Secondary level (12th)
Also, you need to clear the personal test or national test +GD/PI for admissions.

You need to get into B.Tech or B.E. college to become electronics engineer. it is the best to do it from IITs or NITs. Starting salary ranges from 4L-10L/annum, depending on the college you get into and the placements.
