What are the required skills to become a store manager?

Dear Mohit, Hi, Skills requiring for store manager. 1) You will need excellent communication skills as constant contact with other members of staff and customers will be necessary throughout the working day. 2) Sharpe Mind. 3) Sharpe Eyes & Ears 4) Exceptional organizations skills are also needed, including the ability to direct other members of staff and to arrange the shop floor. 5) Although some team work is required. 6) You must be able to motivate yourself and other members of staff so a great deal of individual work is necessary. 7) The ability to use your initiative and to think on your feet will be needed frequently. 8) Retail savvy 9) Passion 10) Leading from the front 11) Great communicator 12) Relishes the detail 13) Love for the customer Hope it will help you, feel free ask more.
