What are the required skills to get a job in top companies like Google and Microsoft?

To get into these companies, you need to have good skills, especially in the technology field. First, if you are from a top-notch engineering college like IIT or NIT then you get a fair deal of chance through the campus selection else you need to go through the normal processes. For the support profile you need to be excellent in your trouble-shooting skills and also the coding part. Yes, here the support guy is also to have scripting skills. For developers, core knowledge about algorithms, flow design, data structures, etc.
