They are treated as indian student hpwever fee applicable will be as per applicable to SAARC nation students You can also choose South Asian University, Delhi specially made for SAARC nation student (Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives etc.) check http://www.southasianuniversity
