- A bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0. The applicants must have a strong background in Computer Science
- Two Letters of Recommendation from faculty members of academic institutions
- All transcripts to post-secondary level
- TOEFL iBT score of 79 or IELTS score of 6.5
- GRE score is not required
