To get into an M.Sc programme at an IIT, you generally need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA). Additionally, you must qualify for the Joint Admission Test (JAM) exam, which is the primary entrance exam for M.Sc programs at most IITs.
