Hi Harman,
For MBA abroad, you must hold a Bachelor's degree and gain some work experience after completing your degree. Atleast 2 to 3 years work experience is required. You must also take your GMAT or GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. Universities can admit freshers if the candidate's profile is brilliant.
