What are the requirements to get a job as a lecturer in India?
Is it possible to become a lecturer with a BE degree and 10 years of IT industry experience?

Hello,
Industry experience of 10 years is quite a valuable asset to be a lecturer. Your experience will surely benefit the students to a great extent.
Most of the top universities (private and government) and some of the deemed universities have a strict norm that a lecturer needs to have a Ph.D

Colleges keep changing norms on a regular basis as per directives by the respective state government. I'm currently unaware of the present rules. Most of the top universities (private and government) and some of the deemed universities have a strict norm that a lecturer needs to have a Ph.D. degree. However, there may be some colleges/universities which may allow you to be a lecturer provided, you complete Ph.D. while teaching in the college.
