What are the requirements to get placed in Bosch company other than that I learn from ECE degree in college?

Hi,
Bosch is a much diversified company however, their principal business arises from the mechanical and electronics department. But still there you can join them as a Sales & Marketing personnel or you may join them in financial, production department etc.
