70% in 10th,70% in 12th. in science .no entrance test given till now please help me out with the question to study btech in germany.what could be the min requirements and expenditure for the same?

Indian Students are required to undertake a 1 year Freshman course prior to pursuing a BTech degree in Germany. The Freshman course is undertaken at any Private or Government college. This course prepares the student to pursue BTech in his/her desired discipline at one of their partner universities.
