What are the requirements to study in Canada as an international student for electrical engineering? Is there any chance of getting PR?

For Master's degree, you need to have an aggregate score of around 70 percent with good GRE and IELTS score. Getting PR then is very easy. But to get through these universities is a bit challenging task.
