What are the requirements to study political science in NDA?

<p>An aspirant to enter into the National Defense Academy for Political Science has to write the NDA examination that is conducted by the UPSC in order to qualify for the exams. Apply only by a candidate who is a citizen of India, a subject of Nepal, a subject of Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who settled in India before January 1, 1962. Candidates should be unmarried males having passed at least 12th standard or equivalent from a recognised board or university. The selection process includes a test for physical fitness and medical examination. Candidates have no option but to keep visiting the UPSC website and the NDA notification section so that they keep themselves updated with the dates of the examination, requirements, and more to see that they fulfill all the criteria to ensure their candidature for the examination.</p>

<p><span aria-haspopup="dialog" aria-expanded="false" aria-controls="radix-:r16:" data-state="closed">In order to qualify for the NDA exam and get admission in National Defence Academy for Political Science, interested and eligible candidates must write the NDA examination conducted by the UPSC. </span><span aria-haspopup="dialog" aria-expanded="false" aria-controls="radix-:r17:" data-state="closed">In terms of the eligibility criteria that apply is that the person must be either a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan or a person of Tibetan origin who has been residing in India prior to the 1st of January, 1962 under a permanent resettlement status in India. </span><span aria-haspopup="dialog" aria-expanded="false" aria-controls="radix-:r18:" data-state="closed">Also important to note is that the candidates applying for the posts must be unmarried male candidates with a minimum educational qualification of 12th standard or its equivalent education from any recognised board or university. </span><span aria-haspopup="dialog" aria-expanded="false" aria-controls="radix-:r19:" data-state="closed">The selection process also designed with a criterion of passing physical fitness test and medical examination. </span><span aria-haspopup="dialog" aria-expanded="false" aria-controls="radix-:r1a:" data-state="closed">Any candidate who is keen to write the UPSC and the NDA exam should frequently visit the UPSC website and the notification section of the NDA to get relevant information on the examination dates, the requirements and other relevant processes to ensure compliance before applying for the examination.</span></p>
