What are the resources I should be equipped with to design app on my own?

I dont know any other computer language other than C. I have many new and original ideas for creating apps. But lack resources. Should I wait to be taught more languages in college or can i take a basic start with this much knowledge?

It really depends on what kind of app you are planning to make, be it native / web based / android / iOS / windows. All these are developed using different technologies. Since you are in college, I believe you have enough time to learn some other technologies on your own. Just C may or may not be en
