There are plenty of roles and responsibilities handled by Ground Staff employees at an Airport. However, here are a few basic duties:
Answering inquiries and extending a warm welcome to travelers.
Registering bags.
Arranging for reservations.
Selling passes for flights.
supplying refreshments to airplane
