BIMTECH strictly follows AICTE guidelines as applicable on the date of receipt of application for refund of fee in case of admission cancellation. The present AICTE guidelines are as follows:
Situation Refund Request received before the date of start of session Entire fee less INR 1,000 Handling Charges Request received after the beginning of session & seat could be filled by the Institute Entire fee less on pro rata basis-Tuition & Hostel Fee Request received after the beginning of session & seat not filled by the Institute No refund
