    Hi Aishwarya,
The Common Entrance Test is a competitive exam conducted for the purpose of admission of students to the first year or first semester of full time courses in medical, dental, management and engineering courses in professional colleges within the state in question in India.
The professional colleges in the state offering such courses are affiliated to the state run universities, and admit students through the CET annually.
I would request you to mention your academic details and also the program that you wish to join for better guidance.
    Hope this information helps.
    Wish you luck!
