    The annual salary package all inclusive of all perks and all allowances as given by National Thermal Power Corporation Limited is INR 17,68,000 Lacs per annum. It includes perks at the rate of 35 percent after the regularisation of basic pay which is INR 60,000 per month. It also includes Performance Related Pay at the rate of 24 percent of basic pay. During training, the in-hand salary is around INR 70,000 per month because perks are provided at the rate of 17.5 percent of basic pay. After regularisation, the in-hand salary will be around INR 85,000 per month ( without performance-related pay), with performance-related pay it will be
